Following the consideration and approval of due process by the Public Interest Oversight Board (PIOB), the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), an independent standard-setting board under the auspices of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), today released International Standard on Auditing (ISAs) 550 (Revised and Redrafted), Related Parties and three clarity redrafted ISAs.

IFAC’S International Auditing and assurance standards board issued strategy and work program for 2009-2011 - The International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), an independent standard-setting board under the auspices of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), today released its Strategy and Work Program, 2009-2011.

The IFAC Board has named Prof. Dr. Arnold Schilder Chair of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2009. The Public Interest Oversight Board, which oversees the IAASB’s activities, approved the appointment at its meeting in Madrid, Spain in early July.

El día 9 de mayo del año en curso se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF) la resolución mediante la cuall Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) establece facilidades administrativas aplicables a los contribuyentes del Sector Primario y de Autotransporte Terrestre y Pasajeros, cuya vigencia será del día siguiente de su publicación hasta el 30 de abril de 2009, salvo en aquellos casos que, por medio de disposición transitoria se limita su vigencia al 31 de diciembre de 2008.
